Sunset House’s indoor-outdoor tropical living plan showcases five beautiful bedrooms and an infinity pool that wraps around the terrace, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and the estuary. This villa sleeps 14 guests in comfort and style and it is an ideal luxury retreat for families, friends, wellness travelers, retreats, wedding groups and private corporate groups.

The master bedroom (1) has incredible ocean views and features a king-size bed, a full ensuite bathroom with double sinks, an oceanview desk, a sitting area, a walk-in closet, and smart TV.
The main bedroom (2) has ocean views and includes a king-size bed, a full ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a desk, and smart TV.
Bedroom 3 includes a king-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 4 /Kids Bedroom has two bunk beds with twin XL mattresses and two pull-out beds, sleeping six people total. It also has a full ensuite bathroom and double desk.
Bedroom 5 is a separate suite near the pool and has a king-size bed, jungle view, full ensuite bathroom, desk, and private terrace.
The pool overflows spectacularly towards the ocean view, and the deck has several lounges where you can relax and enjoy the view and one of the best sunsets in Costa Rica.
In 2024, we decided to turn Sunset House into the ultimate paradise for wellness travelers, including a small outdoor gym with some weights, an ocean-view sauna, an ocean-view ice bath, a massage/hammock area suspended in the air with ocean-view and an ocean view yoga room with A/C.
